The manager was very rude. I was told his name is, Harrison.When I came to pick up my car, he said my car had been repaired before. I told him that was incorrect.The only accident I have been in was the recent accident. I bought my car new off the car lot in Sacramento. He showed me where he said it was repaired before, but it was actually a damaged part. The damaged part was exactly where I was hit on 12/13/24. Jose called to tell me the bumper was damaged as well as my trunk needed to be repaired as it was not opening properly. Jose did not say anything about the damaged part. Harrison just kept telling me this was from a prior repair. I told him he was wrong, and then he told me he knew of dealers who did repairs and then put the cars on the lot. I'm sure Cap City Honda would not appreciate his comment. G and C did repair my trunk and back bumper, right where the damaged part is. Harrison was adamant this did not happen from the accident. I was appalled at his behavior, I was just getting over the flu, so I signed the paperwork and left as I didn't have the energy to stand and listen to him anymore. I would never recommend that body shop to anyone after the way I was treated. I will make sure my insurance agent knows about this also so they don't refer customers to G and C. Jose, by the way, was great.
