I'm glad AAA Insurance sent me to this body shop. My service writer and provider, Daniel Lima, offered top-notch customer service since day one. He constantly sent me updates letting me know how the fixing process was going. I was pleasantly surprised the day I went to pick up the vehicle because Daniel not only fixed the damage to the bumper of my car, but he also went above and beyond by returning a washed and cleaned vehicle to me. I appreciate that.

G and C Autobody shop did a very good job repairing my car. Their customer service cannot be best. I was ill when my car was ready to pick up. I was too ill to pick it up so they arranged to have it dropped off at my house. Now that is service! Everyone I encountered was very friendly yet professional. I will recommend G and C to all my friends and family.

G and C autobody’s customer service is stellar! When I dropped off my car for repair I did not have someone available to take me back home. G and C’s service writer, Ryan Whalen, made sure a staff member was available to take me home. Every step in the process of repairing my car was texted to me for approval and to keep me informed. I think they have a winning team focused on the customer. Who could ask for better?
