Not rated 10 due to our car not being aligned as stated on the G&C completed work order and us having to pay for it (a second time) and hope for reimbursement for work obviously not completed before.

The body work was very good but the alignment was not. We had to bring our Subaru to the dealer/mechanic due to the shaking/vibrating of the car at 60mph and higher. Subaru reported it was out of alignment even though our invoice from G&C had alignment on the work order as completed.

Ryan my service advisor was great very professional throughout this entire process. The receptionist was very helpful in providing info I needed & helping me through the insurance process. I will highly recommend G & C & Ryan. Ryan also kept me updated on repairs of my car & rental car process.

Matt told me to just drop in sid not need an appt for est. Which really helped w/ my schedule. Ryan explained everything w/ repairs of my vehicle. The receptionist was welcoming helpful & welcoming.
