Starting this process was pretty terrible. Communication between the insurance and myself was not great. I didn't understand the language being used to create the claim so it was submitted incorrectly. Even dropping off my vehicle for repairs was difficult and it felt like the backend prep work wasn't completed timely. It was so miserable I was literally in tears in the office. The GM was helpful in making sure from that point on that I was well informed and knew what to expect which was great because all work was completed only a few days before I moved out of state.

The paint doesn't match and there is a gap between the driver side door to the fender where the accident was and on the side where there was no accidentt is closed
