Excellent experience with G & C Auto Body! James, the service consultant, was very attentive throughout the entire repair process and provided regular updates, which I truly appreciated. The quality of work was outstanding, they repaired my Tesla Model Y and returned it looking like a brand new car again. There was also a minor issue when I picked up the car, and Matt, the manager, took care of it immediately, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The whole process was very convenient as well. They coordinated with Enterprise so I could easily get a rental car, and they even helped with pickup/drop-off to Enterprise in Manteca. Professional service, excellent communication, and top-quality repair work from start to finish. Highly recommend G & C Auto Body!

I would like to reserve the rating of 10 for anything that might happen in terms of the rear gate functionality after repeated use. However, the repair work really looks good.

I didn't like how Matt treated me..looked right over me to talk to my husband while I was the one who had scheduled it all. Rude. We were called by Matt saying it was complete tgen i dropped off husband and it wasn't... it had not been compleeed cuz of wrong part...that was a hassle.. the work was good though!
