Job was ok. They couldn't keep my logo on because it seems they either didn't have the expertise or just did not want to spend the time. Also, no one bothered to tell me when the repair was completed and I had to call in myself to check what was taking so long. I was given the choice to find my own body shop for the work and I wish I had done so instead of going with this default suggestion from AAA, which was no fault of AAA.

They took many weeks to get the work done after telling us it would take TWO days! The quality of the work first presented to us was AMATEURISH, with paint chipping and blobs.

There was a piece of adhesive leftover I found. They had to scrape it off which took off the paint. Then they touched it up. So there is a chip on the bumper now.

Not bad. But there was a mishap with a small piece of adhesive stuck on the bumper upon my final inspection. That led to them having to cut it out and just do a touch up job. It’s unfortunate since that touch up job wasn’t the best
