Timeline matched what was initially said to me, and agreed upon, I was updated during the fixing process, which was a huge relief. And most importantly the customer service was excellent! If the examiner was more friendly in attitude (I just had a feeling she was thinking I might lead her to fraud) and open her thoughts and findings, that might work out a lot better. I was not an expert in this.

Highly do not recommended ! The examiner approved to fix my car only based on I told her even though she took photos on the whole car, but I was not an expert. There was some dirt covered some scratches which was found after the car was so called fixed and cleaned. So I had to redo the whole process again - called the AAA adjuster, reopened the claim , unloaded my belongings in my car, rent a car, and brought to G&C again and waiting again. Also, the first time I picked up my car, oit had some kind of unknown fluid dirt at the back and left side of my car. I was told that it wasn't cleaned well. G&C eventually cleaned it.

The repair was not completed properly — the original dents were not fixed at all, and even worse, an additional dent was added to my car. They signed out my rental car before I had the chance to inspect my vehicle, leaving me no choice but to sign their paperwork in order to retrieve my car for the long weekend.

2 because they cleaned my car. The repair was not completed properly — the original dents were not fixed at all, and even worse, an additional dent was added to my car. They signed out my rental car before I had the chance to inspect my vehicle, leaving me no choice but to sign their paperwork in order to retrieve my car for the long weekend. I plan to bring the car back to G&C first thing tomorrow morning. Am I entitled to another rental car in this situation? Please advise. Thank you.
