Was promised to have a completed left mirror by the end of last week. Made me pay for an unfinished mirror as I picked up my car Thursday. They stated that they needed more time to order my “special mirror.” We waited a week for any follow up. Only provided with “rate our service” text messages. PAID FOR UNFINISHED WORK.

Been waiting for a message on fixing my mirror, it has been a whole week. No follow up message only automated messages to rate the “completed” service. My car is INCOMPLETE.

100% satisfied. Had too visit twice tough to fix my air coming in from the next door but they fixed in no time. The strong collaboration with Enterprise rental made my visit worth it as provide easy drop off of the rented vehicle.
