Honestly, I'm not satisfied with them because before they fixed my car they said it was already ready when I got there the car wasn't fixed nicely. I didn't complain about lock , but the windshield on my car wasn't fixed properly. I told them I wasn't satisfied since there was a big gap on the side. They said that we didn't check it properly because the other guy did the job. I'll take the picture and inform him. And we will inform you. I said ok I was waiting for their response they didn’t even call me I called the general manager and told him about it. He also said we hadn’t checked properly, but there are no safety issues you can drive it as it’s a holiday season. It is a lifetime warranty that you can also visit after 6 months. At least they should check before handing over, everyone will be able to see that the windshield is not in good shape, I just hope that they will make the necessary repairs.🙏

I have mixed feelings about this place. I brought my car in for a simple front bumper repair. After the repair was complete, I received a call from the manager and IDK what happened but the battery to my car was drained and it needed to be replaced, on top of that the left front wheel mold had been misaligned from the frame during the repair and also needed to be replaced. I do want to say that Noah the manager and his staff kept a very professional attitude even though I was upset. The shop ended up replacing the battery and mold at no cost and my car looks great now after almost 3 weeks. The reason for a 10 is because my car is fixed properly now. I did appreciate Noah following up with me throughout the repairs.

The work done on the fender & bumper was OK. However, they failed to check the smart entry, which did not work because a wire had been left disconnected. This required several follow-up visits.
