The repair is not completed The car is still have dents on the paint, plastic housing behind steering wheel is not installed properly, The wheel is making a scratching sound behind the tire a metal is bended, missing a floor mat and a car jack from the trunk

ratingbitbas 7 because , i had requested for a windshiled change in the initial inspection which was recorded by the staff ,but it was not communicated down the line. as i found it missing in the estimation provided to insurence later. Transperency while estimating the repair was not observed as i got to see the quote provided by G &C later.I could have identified the missing repair much earlier. still waiting to hear from G&C on the reinstall of a part which was not done while delivery.

I was most impressed by the "unpaid" preliminary work done before any contract was signed to allow me to drive my vehicle (legally). Probably and hour or more of labor to get me on the road.
