I had THE best customer experience at G&C Autobody--every aspect was excellent. Specifically, the front desk employee was so welcoming, efficient, and helpful with the scheduling, paperwork, and coordination with the rental car provider. The employees who worked with me on the estimate and repair were all polite, explained things clearly, and authentically cared about my entire experience. The communication was outstanding--I received regular updates and never had to wonder what was happening. Finally, the actual repair itself was handled so efficiently and the quality of the repair was excellent. I couldn't even provide a point of constructive feedback because this was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had!

G & C took great care of me and my car. They made sure to stay in contact with me, kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and all the progress they were making, and they had my car done so quickly. They were honest, friendly and did awesome work! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all and if or when needed I will definitely be back!
