overall Terrible experience. What was initially promised to be 3 day job turned out to be ~2 months. The body shop has changed the estimated completion date at least 9 times, everytime extending it by few days. At least 8 times, they ordered wrong parts (according to the messages from Body shop that I shared with AAA). I can understand ordering and getting wrong parts 1 or 2 times. Getting wrong parts 8 consecutive times demonstrates incomplete. what is worse is the lack of good communication through out. i had to call everytime on the day I am supposed to pick up the vehicle only to be told that they received wrong parts again and need to push out completion date. Situation got so bad that i had involved AAA, and the adjuster had to chase the Body shop last 3 times to get confirmed completion date.

I have no issue with the quality of the work itself (so far), and again everyone I talked to in person or over the phone was kind and helpful. The lack of honest communication is what sours it. If the shop is able to improve on meaningful followups (sending paperwork or delivering keys when they say they will, and giving updates on changed completion dates or plans) that would take it to a 10.

No communication. Was told they would call Thursday with update. No call. Called Friday and they said it was done mid day but would call back to confirm, didn't get a call back til 330 to come get it. Horrible communication. But car looks great
