sent detailed emails to adjuster. Basically impacted Lt rear power slid door was replaced with used door, paint looks off ,. rear. Lt panel unaddressed rear Lt rim replaced alignment done per invoice however inspection of internal workings not done also this tire wheel service was done at another business not made aware that Van would be taken somewhere nor to whom and no authorization , are they AAA verified? Lt rear power slide door appears to be out of alignment, front end damage, battery insulation found falling off battery, white specks appears to be white paint some big droplets others mist. Interior and exterior of entire Van including under hood including some smudge marks and a.couple finger prints. A general layer of rust colored to black layer of a.soot on entirety of interior and exterior with a scratch rust colored across the dashboard. Rims and tires covered in same oily black and rust color dirt / dust / debris. No walk through of services or explanation of invoice just hurry sign if you want key, took rental key and drove off. Garage very dark hard to see anything untill drove off home on the street full sun. Justin the young man whom checked our.van in was as helpful as I think he was allowed. Not his fault I believe he did his job to the best ability as far as trying to deal with a.fristerated customer..waiting to be further helped in this bad experience.. thank you

The G and C auto body shop on Mission Street were amazing. Eddie was great. He was able to get my car done just before I left for vacation. They also did an awesome job with all the repairs and kept me updated too. My car looks new again.

The repair was done well but the interior was very dirty when we picked up the car. No seat covers were used to protect the white leather seats and there were dirty finger marks on the fabric of the interior door panels.
