The other G&C in Larkfield is closer to me but from my initial phone call to inquire about services at the Bellevue Ave location, I was helped by a friendly staff member. Connor was helpful in person when he gave me an estimate and once my car was getting dropped off for services.

Roger was amazing. He went above and beyond. I was going through a personal experience due to the lost of a loved one and he made things so easy. I have sent my kids,my friends and my cars to G and C since 2011 ish or so including my daughter, mine and a friend in the last 2 months. I would have given 10s across the board if it weren't for the not so friendly experience picking up the car. The youg girl at the desk gave a strange vibe and seemed uninterested and rushed. Having just gotten back from the funeral I was emotionally drained and our interaction was disappointing.
