The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. Luis and his crew did an excellent job and finished in the time frame estimated. Luis himself went above and beyond in making the process seamless for us, including the vehicle pickup at an unusual time and arranging for our car rental to be returned for us. I would definitely use his service again and recommend him to others.
