Gene's Import Auto Body works on all make and model cars. Since we are consider the premium shop in the Monterey Bay area local dealerships asked us to be there body shop. The dealerships are : BMW; MERCEDES; PORSCHE; TESLA; LEXUS; and TOYOTA. Our standards are high but are prices are comparable to the surrounding shops. We have certified technicians to work on Mercedes and Tesla but being the premier shop and have worked on 100's of other luxury models we are considered the shop to go too. We work with all insurance companies, and with estimators having over 30yrs of experience with insurance companies, the process will go much smoother.

I have dealt with Gene’s for years generally on fender benders. They are an exceptional company and all their employees pay attention to the smallest items and make the customer comfortable with what is always a difficult situation. I could not recommend this business more highly. In addition, my insurance carrier clearly trusts Gene’s which made my dealings with them 100% easier.

Where should I begin? A 10 just doesn’t cover it! From the minute u open the door Miss Clara greets u with a genuine “good morning “ she offers u the best chocolate breakfasts”and it just gets better from there. Her dad introduced Anthony and his attention to all my concerns were met and accomplished beyond expectation. When u look around the facilities watching everyone working they are happy and literally enjoying their job. It made me feel secure that I was at the place I needed to be. Thx so much!
