Gene's Import Auto Body works on all make and model cars. Since we are consider the premium shop in the Monterey Bay area local dealerships asked us to be there body shop. The dealerships are : BMW; MERCEDES; PORSCHE; TESLA; LEXUS; and TOYOTA. Our standards are high but are prices are comparable to the surrounding shops. We have certified technicians to work on Mercedes and Tesla but being the premier shop and have worked on 100's of other luxury models we are considered the shop to go too. We work with all insurance companies, and with estimators having over 30yrs of experience with insurance companies, the process will go much smoother.

I dropped the car off to get fixed however when I picked up the car a week later, my windshield had a huge crack in it. Discussed it with Jason, he said that’s how they received it. However I know there was no crack when I dropped off the car.

I thought I heard a new squeak in left front area when I went over speed bumps that I hadn’t heard before. Oil residue from hands left in the trunk and a rattle in the spare tire compartment. Jumper cables were not put back.

Communication was not what I expected. Jaysen said he would call to let us know when to bring car in to start work. Two days later we were called to say that we had missed our start time and that pushed us back another week. We were never called to bring the car in when you expected us to start the work.
