While Kyle and Jill provided good communication and support, the quality issues with the repair and vehicle condition make it difficult to fully recommend the shop.

I rated my satisfaction a 5 due to concerns with the overall quality of the repairs. I noticed issues with the clear coat discoloration, paint runs, and a cracked headlamp. In addition, when I returned to pick up the vehicle, there was interior damage, including a puncture in the back middle seat and deep scratches on both sides of the center console.
