I so appreciate the staff esp Sarah , Wayne and the two gentlemen who delivered my car. It was a great experience. Have only driven the car once because of the stay home mandate but was glad to get it back. Wish car was equipped with better alarms that theives could not bypass..

I don’t wish to be contacted. I hope you can improve your repair process. Taking two days to replace 2 tires and charging over $600 to do so is ridiculous. I also didn’t like the I was spoken to when following up on my vehicle, being provided with excuses of why the tires weren’t ordered the prior day when my car was brought to the shop the morning prior. It’s better to be honest and direct then to be spoken to like your time is nothing and not having your vehicle for two days is no big deal. Thank you for your time.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely Amazing customer service. Genesis Cadillac went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful, informative and made this process so smooth for me. I had put off getting my car repaired because I thought it would be such a hassle, but Emily, Frank and everyone I encountered completely took that concern away. They even detailed my car! I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repair or service.
