Your call center called me 6-7 times. Each time I had to tell them I had 2 c l aims. By the time I came in, they still didn't have the correct Information. However, the Collision Shop staff & I were able to resolve the incorrect information. They fixed both claims.

We hired Caliber Collision based on the reviews on the internet however we would tell anyone who would listen not to go to Caliber Collision.

Although initially it seemed that the work done was satisfactory the reality was that the bumper part did not have the part that protects the fog light from the rear installed correctly. This part fell off during travel over a rough road. It was clear that the plastic screws were not properly engaged.

The Roseville location did a great job with my car, and I could not have asked for better service. My bumper was so clean when I got my car back that I could see my reflection in it. The staff was informative, accommodating, and supportive. They made it as quick and effortless as possible

Andre and Suzanne were GREAT! They both made the whole process of my insurance claim repair smooth and transparent. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process which eased any worries I initially had.
