Excellent communication throughout the repair period. Alicia contacted me at least 1-2 times a week to give me an update on the status of my repair each step along the way. The repairs were completed almost a week earlier than expected. When my car was ready for pickup on a Friday afternoon I wasn’t able to go get it because I had contractors at my house. Rather than having me wait until Monday to pick it up, they brought it to me. It looks as good as new! I hope I don’t ever get into another accident, but if my car ever needs collision repairs I won’t think twice about taking it to Caliber.

Made unnecessary repair which caused the truck to be kept two days past estimated completion date. Excuse of 30 vehicles in front of mine was used after to justify the delay.i could have easily been informed this when i dropped vehicle off and opted to not get a rental driver based on projected completion date. Poor communication. Over reliance on apps and text when multiple calls should be made. Under promise and over deliver.

Alicia was the sweetest Angel. She listened to me, she understood my need, she was compassionate toward the incident that took place on my car tires thief), she worked with me, and was very professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. She deserves a raise and a two-week vacation because she takes on a lot of other people’s problems, distress, and other issues related to having to seek the services of Caliber Collision of Ferndale. And ditto to the manager. He is knowledgeable, calm, and impressionable. He’s a good leader for the team and Alicia is a great “Mother Hen”.
