This place treats you like family. I was so thankful for the open communication and thoughtful attention to care while my car was at Northend Collision. When I got my car back it genuinely looked better than it did when I took it home from the dealership. Five star service all around.

I've used Northend Collision twice and both times thy have done a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a collision shop. Sarah and the rest of the office workers are very friendly. The moment I entered, Sarah greeted me with a warm smile. She could tell I was a bit overwhelmed and helped walk me through the insurance procedures as well as the process of fixing my car. She kept me notified frequently about the stages of fixing my car. They finished on time as promised. Everyone was knowledgeable. My car was fixed with excellence. I could not tell damage had been done. I would highly recommend Northend Collision to everyone.
