Everything was good. Solid communication. the only one item was that i had to come in to switch loaner vehicles. which was another trip to the shop. I get it and understand managing the fleet especially with CTP units. however in this case i was picking the vehicle up the next day. Couldve waited and saved a trip. but great job overall.

I would recommend Genesis Cadillac to anybody that needed vehicle repair Like I said previously they have a state of the art Body Shop. And whoever the repair people are I have to commend for the work that they did on my vehicle

I took my 2024 Cadillac lyric to Genesis Cadillac for body repair. I'm very particular about my vehicles and I was not sure that Genesis Cadillac could match the white tint coat of my Cadillac. When I went to pick the vehicle up about four days later I was really surprised and how well the Paint blend with the rest of the vehicle. It was not a major repair it was just a front fender dent but they replaced the fender and painted the complete vendor which matches the door perfectly I am very very satisfied with their workmanship. And there was a person by the name of Mary which was the representative for Genesis Cadillac to handle my claim she was very knowledgeable She was easy to talk to and she kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle. I am 100 percent satisfied with Genesis Cadillac Auto Repair. I would recommend anybody that has any type of vehicle that needs auto repair to take it to Genesis Cadillac they have a state of the art repair facility.
