The customer service was top notch. I was treated as a very important customer. Jo in the front office was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Kyle was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and worries. I take great care and pride in my 2019 Cadillac XT5. I was very worried and nervous about the needed repairs. I was worried if the paint would match ( crystal white), would the car look as good as new, would the car be returned clean on the inside and out. Kyle assured me that I would be completely satisfied. Kyle was 100% correct. I am once again driving a beautifully repaired and detailed Cadillac XT5. I was allowed to use one of your loaner vehicles to drive while the repairs were being done. It was a beautiful brand new 2026 Crystal White Cadillac XT5 with 4 miles on it. What a treat that was. I took exceptional care of your loaner and was even interested in purchasing it when it is ready to be sold. I truly enjoyed my Cadillac experience even though the accident to my car was not my fault. Since I have had my 2019 Cadillac XT5 I have never taken it to any other repair facility and I never will. Thanks to everyone that was involved in making this bad situation have a happy ending.

Not sure if it is related but all my son's dash lights are on since yesterday. Just seems weird that is was right after picking up the car. Was anything electrical touched? I know the heated mirror is electrical.
