As a young adult Geno always had a strong passion with cars, his interest started at 17 years old and with supportive parents he was able to confidently move into the car industry, with a lot of hard work and dedication he started to build relationships with customers, restore confidence and provide outstanding customer service. can't say enough good things about this place--hands down the BEST customer service I've ever experienced from any business! The moment my insurance sent over the referral, they called me immediately to schedule my appointment. That level of responsiveness alone blew me away. One thing that really stood out was that the mechanic personally came out to introduce himself--something you almost never see these days. It made the whole experience feel so much more personal, genuine, and trustworthy. The entire process was incredibly smooth and way faster than I expected. I was bracing myself for a ton of paperwork and stress, but it was the complete opposite--everything was easy, efficient, and hassle-free. Jailen was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! They kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. That kind of communication made a huge difference and gave me total peace of mind. At this point, there's honestly no other auto body shop I would ever go to. Highly, highly recommend!
