They were very easy to work with. The only thing I could say is vehicle was returned with black hand prints on the top of the interior of vehicle and am still trying to remove them. I imagine it’s some kind of oil.

Gentiles work was solid as usual. Dismayed when I picked up the car as noticed 3 new scratches/dents on the side opposite of repaired side. We’re pretty observant of the car and didn’t notice it prior to dropping off, though it came from repair shop a couple of days prior, so could’ve happened there and we didn’t notice. Disappointing as the car was pristine until accident, now the left side looks great but right side not so much. Thanx for the good work again. Mark

I was completely blown away by the professional manner of Gentile’s Collision for my Lincoln repairs. Friendly staff, helpful texts keeping me up-to-date on the progress, accurate time lines (it was done when they said it would be done) and the car was polished and clean on delivery—even the floormats were washed! Excellent experience—highly recommend Gentile’s!!
