Gerber took very good care of our 2018 jeep grand cherokee. Unfortunately, this was our second time with Gerber. Both times, they did what they said they would do. Steve got the jeep back in record time.

This team with this service has had an amazing attention to detail, great communication, and we are so pleased that we have decided to stay with Gerber.. because they fixed the paint issue we had from our last service under a different team at Gerber. As far as it being repaired, they did a good job. I was told when I dropped it off that if you could not start it right away, you’d send it somewhere that could. I had to rent a car for for one month. I get that it was a big job, but waiting that long was not acceptable.
