Customer service was 10/10. The only issue I had was there was extra damage to the car separate from what I got repaired; however, the employees handled the situation perfectly. They said if there’s any further issues to bring the car back and they’ll take care of it.

The actual repair and local staff were perfect. But your automated updates send false, and in this case very concerning messages. Wrong updates are much worse than no updates. The report was supposed to take Monday to Friday. I thoroughly explained why I needed the vehicle done by the next Monday, even allowing extra time. My first automatic update said work started and it would be done by the end of next Tuesday. I was furious to not have gotten a call about the delay, as Tuesday was not acceptable. I called to explain how this was not acceptable only to discover the information was automated and in fact wrong. My report was on schedule for Friday. It turned out they finished on Thursday. But up until then I continued getting messages that it would be done the next Tuesday. If the information is WRONG, don’t send it!! Automation is no good when it misinforms.
