I was disappointed in the time delay in fixing my car. I brought the car in for an estimate on July 28th. Parts were not ordered until August 1st. When parts did arrive at the shop (approx. 8/4 or 8/6), I was told they could not start on my repairs until Aug 21st. Repairs were complete on Aug. 25th. Everyone I've dealt with at Gentile's has been nice and professional, I was just disappointed in the timeliness of getting to my repairs.
