ABSOLUTELY, I previously had some work done by a Collision Company and I had to repeatedly call to ask when my vehicle would be ready and when told that it would be ready, it wasn’t. After I picked my vehicle up from this company, I had to return it and it still wasn’t ready for pickup when promised. I had to repeatedly call to get my Collision Agent to repeatedly call that company’s representative to push them to speed up my vehicle repairs. I will NEVER do business with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone; family or friends. I had the complete opposite experience with your company. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED and give a # 10 recommendation.
