Daniel was supposed to provide us with a written estimate about repairing the door latch, and though he provided a “guesstimate “ verbally, I was expecting a written estimate. Also your receptionist suggested that we get new wiper blades for the truck, due to the windshield replacement and I gave the go-ahead but they were not replaced. Thirdly, the glass windshield was ordered but when it arrived, it did not fit!! This caused undo delay in fixing the vehicle.

I did like that they text me 3 times per week to let me know the status of the repair. I didn't like that when the repair was supposed to be completed, it was not and it was not communicated to me that the repair would take an additional week until I sent a message to find out what time the repair would be done. When i picked up my car and looked inside i discovered someone that works there stole my change bag from inside my inner console. I had about $50 in quarters that was missing when I picked my car up. What reason did they have to go through my things when they were fixing my bumper? I reached out to my insurance company and also caliber. No one felt it necessary to respond to someone stealing from my car. People just can't be trusted. It's not a good look. I know if there is a next time, I will definitely use a different place.
