I was never address by ma’am only by Ms.Wiilams 3.✅Show Genuine Interest by keeping me abreast of my repair timeline. 4. ✅Be Anticipatory..by assuring me that once that take off my bumper was removed if there was any unseen damaged they would add items to the claim. ✅Be Knowledgeable.. by giving me a step by step playbook on rental reimbursement.

Use a Friendly Tone of Voice. From the first day I entered the center I was promptly greeted and asked with an eager tone “how can we help you today?”. The friendliness never stopped from each upbeat phone call to the office, to the present sounding voicemails messages and the salutation of thanking me for my service after the repair was complete. I am more than impressed by this professional smiley voiced group of people.
