I am very happy with George G. I have had them do all my car repairs over the years. Beth is a fantastic person at George. Not very happy with Farm Bureau. Local agent is excellent but the underwriters I am not happy with.

I picked up my truck on Friday afternoon. Then spent all of Saturday morning cleaning up the dust that was left in the bed of the truck. On the tool boxes etc. i was also a bit concerned that the repair took almost three weeks to complete! The repair looks good, although I'm still waiting on an emblem that is missing

I wish the body shop would have mentioned the other headlight as it is foggy looking in comparison to the new one. I would have paid to have it replaced.

Personnel were very friendly, explaining future care and the lifetime warranty. The initial quote was a little slow, but I think the person was new, and was always helpful and friendly.

I will not recommend or return based on the lack of communication and inaccurate communication that occurred.

The body work repair was fine, but they damaged a dozen other things in the process that they didn't notice. Had to bring it back several times over 3 months time.

When I spoke with them, it was fine. But I had to call several dozen times over the time period to get communication. I was constantly chasing to try and figure out what was going on.
