George’s Auto Body is a family run business. John Decker is the owner, as well as the sometimes sales representative, carpenter, janitor, landscaper, sign maker and so on. His wife, Joann, is one of our Customer Service Representative who serves our customers in an easy going, pleasant and helpful manner. Then there is Fred, who seems like family to John because he has watched him grow from a kid sweeping floors to a man who plays a very important part in the life of this shop. Fred is our Production Manager and one of our A Techs and he has worked here for over 40 years. The remaining members of our family are all great people who choose to work here because they all share the same goals; to produce the highest quality work and provide the best customer service. Betty is the manager and can be very helpful to you as she was an insurance agent prior to joining our group in 2009. She will assist you from the beginning of the claim to the end.

Please extend to the staff that we are excited to have our Terrain back. The staff was knowledgeable and make a horrible accident seem not so bad. They kept us informed on the process and progress. Hopefully, we don't have to use they again but if we do they're going to be the only place we go for vehicle damage. We had a horrible experience with another body shop in the area and were completely unsatisfied with the work that was completed. George's will be the only place we go to from this point forward. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They made the process from dropping off my vehicle to picking it up so smooth. Hopefully, we do not have to use them again but if we need to we know where we're going. We explained to them the trouble we went through with another facility in the area and they assured us we would not have to go through those problems with them. They were absolutely right!! What a pleasant experience.

I feel the initial treatment was a total rush job, with little regard for ensuring the car was safe to be drive when we were told it was finished. When we were dissatisfied we were treated in a condescending and rude manner. Customer service is greatly lacking. We were even present when another customer called with disatisfaction with their repairs, but when I picked up the car I was belittled and treated very rudely.

I couldn't be more satisfied. They helped me rent a car. Kept me informed. Detailed my car and of corse repaired the damage. This accident could have been a major headache but George's auto body made it painless
