They are customer centered, they will take care of you and your car. As well, they're one of the few auto shops open on Saturdays, which is exactly what I needed. My car got fixed on the orignal estimated time, I received sms updates about my car fix status once every couple days. Once fixed, my car looked good, almost like nothing happened to it. I highly recommend and would come back if needed.
