Dan/Pete, who I mostly interacted with, were great. Main issue was, that a transmission tube was not tightened up well, so when I drove away with my car, a few minutes after, my car stopped running and had to be towed back to the shop, resulting in a couple of extra day delay in my getting back my car.

Dan and Pete, were terrific. However, when dealing over the phone (with someone else - dont recall his name), the attendant wasnt very pleasant...felt dismissive, maybe even a bit rude.

I would have preferred that G&K give me a date that the repair would be completed. It took several phone calls to check each day. Think "under promise and over deliver". I would use G&K again.
