I would have preferred that G&K give me a date that the repair would be completed. It took several phone calls to check each day. Think "under promise and over deliver". I would use G&K again.

I originally tried to get Today’s Collision to repair my car. They wouldn’t give me a call back. George & Ken answered and was very honest upfront, telling me I would have to wait a month before they could service the car. I appreciated the honesty.
