I was forced to scramble and book a rental car urgently on a Sunday after a trip and wasn’t able to book through the insurance company. No guarantee if reimbursement. If there is any chance the work won’t be done on time, the customer should be told ASAP and certainly no later than Friday morning knowing no one is open on weekends; Friday afternoon notification is too late and may cost me money.
