Horrible customer service. You froze my bank card because the wrong date was entered and I was flagged for fraud. Nobody knew in my car was actually done, I was told the wrong date and so I wasn't able to get my car until 4 days after it was done because people couldn't tell me the right day in the messages they left. Horrible experience all around.

All interactions with the staff at the shop were pleasant and helpful. We were out of the country while the car was being repaired and Alecia kept me updated via email of the progress.

Repair looks great, thank you! Car was very dusty though I am assuming because of construction on Ogden Ave. Also , I really think the loaner car should be free to a Gerald Customer.
