Incomplete estimates and misleading completion times seen to be the norm. It toll 3 times longer than what I was told initially. Lying staff jerked me around saying all is done and car is getting washed and delayed by 3 more days for washing.

I've always been very pleased with the work which is why I'm a repeat customer. Past repairs were indistinguishable from factory new. I can't say that this time. I will admit that it's possible I'm nitpicking but I can't deny that its apparent the hood has been repainted upon close inspection.

The process was quick from estimate to completion. The repair work was completed perfectly. The office staff was friendly and courteous. Hopefully, I will not have to return but if you need a body shop for your Hyundai, I recommend Gerald.
