First off, I'm busy... we all are... you guys are far. Drove there twice on lunch from work. Easily took close to an hour both ways. I was referred to you from Gerald in Aurora. Thought it was a safe bet that you could repair a Nissan. I was told that I would get a new rim that got dinged up from being pushed into debris on the side of the road. Instead, you sent it to some place that restores them. It's a gloopy mess and doesn't match anymore. Honestly, I prefer the ding now. I was wondering when I picked my car up as to why you would tire shine all of wheels... and now I know. Fast one for sure. When I left your shop, made it about .5 miles away and got a flat on that repaired (should have been new) wheel. Got the car back to your shop and now I have an old tire. It looks great from the back where the outer visible damage was. Open the trunk, complete mess. The weather stripping is shoddy and the plastic molding is cracked (why waste my time, not replace this and use damaged garbage?). Neither of them rest correctly. I'm pretty pissed, definitely not satisfied. And... this took 2 weeks? How does someone repair a car and just say "oh, that's good enough." Leased my last 3 cars from Gerald... if this is how you're going to fix the damage that I did not do this vehicle, I will not be leasing or buying anything from Gerald again.
