Vehicle looked great when I picked it up! Thank you. However, USAA paid over $2000 on Nov 28; my drop-off appt wasn’t until Dec 17. The tailgate hadn’t been ordered. The following day there was damage to the one order on Dec 17 (presumably). Hence, another one had to be ordered. So, bottom line, why couldn’t it be ordered the week before my appt, then inspected for damage prior to my appt on the 17th since payment less my deductible had been paid? Since I didn’t have rental, it could’ve saved me days of headaches. Just curious?.
