They did not communicate with us hardly at all. We were told it they would need the truck for 4-5 business days, they had it for 3 weeks (20 business days). When they called Don to let him know we could pick it up they told him that they would schedule a professional cleaning as there was now a stain in the headliner. They have never called us with the schedule of the cleaning. When we spoke to them after we got it back regarding some spots Don told them we would stop by after his knee surgery so they could look at it. They looked at it and took a little over an hour to look at it knowing Don is sitting in the waiting room just out of Knee Surgery - very uncomfortable and in pain needing to get home they said they would call us and let us know what could be done. They never called. They still have not called. I am not impressed or happy with them at all.
