Your secretary named Angela seemed a little upset we were 20 minutes early for our appointment. A bit rude about it. We were contacted and told to come pick our truck up that day with three hours notice of closing time. The person making the call insisted we go that day due to the end of the month. I live Sweetwater there was no possible way due to both of us working. I feel like a phone call asking to pick my vehicle the following day would have been more appropriate then me feeling rushed and pressured to come and pick up the vehicle. There was great communication with the service department. We were updated every Tuesday and Thursday.

David and Angela were awesome all the way through the process kept me informed all the time about the update on my vehicle actually called me personally, David did and let me know the progress and Angela was awesome through the whole process as well. She answered all my questions as well as Dave after completion of my vehicle, David went out and inspected with me went over everything that was done and told me how to take to Care of . the car in the meantime, while the paint cures overall Austin experience and I would definitely recommend them.Thank you so much for your time.Peter walker.
