I had my insurance tow my car from another shop to bring it to this shop having dealt with them in the past and having great work performed. I was sorely mistaken I picked up my vehicle Monday and from 20 ft everything looked fine however upon closer inspection I have noticed they somehow filled my brand new exhaust tips and mufflers installed the day of the accident with mud and that they are starting to rust now. They swirled my clear coat with a polisher marring and making the paint look horrible even on the new hood they just installed. The right hand door is completely butchered and it wasn’t even damaged in the accident they just buffed it and ruined it. The new hood now has a massive gap that makes it look like the hood is open constantly and has spots missing paint entirely. My fenders body lines do no line up and the left fender can be separated from the car a bit too. The car pulls left and has a clunk under it now so clearly nobody looked at the front end after a massive hit to the front of the car. This was a completely shoddy job and I will not be returning here. I was without a car for almost a month for a rushed and embarrassing repair. This car is going to an actual professional body shop to be repaired properly. If you think this place is anywhere near what Waters was in the past you are dead wrong. I’m completely disappointed and advise everyone in Albion to steer clear. Do not contact me.
