Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They went over and above what they had to do. I was having issues with my battery and needed a new one. Although they did not have one to sell, they installed it with a smile. The only issue I had was that they placed my old battery on my back seat. Now I have a greasy, grimy stain on my seat. BUT this had nothing to do with the repair job.

The finished work is good. The communication wasn’t so good. We were given a drop off date and told four days to repair. After a week I reached out and it hadn’t been started. It took another two weeks to complete the repair. Ridiculously long and frustrating

When I dropped my truck off there was a small bottle of Markers Mark Whiskey in the truck next to a funeral card that was given to me by a friend marking a special occasion. When I picked up my truck, the whiskey bottle was gone. I hope whoever took it enjoyed it. What a shame that you can’t trust anybody these days. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I picked up my car on the day of my daughter's birth and everyone was extremely kind and congratulatory. It was a wonderful experience and I would send my vehicle here any time I had need. Highly recommend.
