Estimate for repairs was about $13,500, actual cost was $19,400. Had we received a more accurate estimate for these repairs we would have been able to make better decisions regarding the management of this vehicle. To miss the actual cost by almost $6000 is disappointing. The work was good and communication met expectations, missing the actual cost by such a large amount is a great example of things I would get fired and lose business over.

At first I was a little skeptical because it was recommended by the other insurance company. But once there the professionalism of the people and the way they treated me, I was impressed.
