Everyone I dealt with was caring and wanted to make my experience a happy one. The young ladies at the front desk were very patient and when our Enterprise rental was delayed they retrieved our car so we could have wheels until Enterprise got their act together. Gerber did what they were supposed to do in a timely manner, worked well with the insurance and was timely in getting our car back to us. Hope we never need them again, but if we do I feel very comfortable with the company.
