After the manager became involved it was a very smooth process, and we were very pleased in the end however, initially dealing with front office, staff was very challenging

Initially communication was not good and an accurate timeline of when to expect the vehicle back was not given to us with continued delays. However, when the store manager contacted me, he turned all of that around and made it a much better experience and helped us immensely.

I really appreciate the amount of dedication that Angelica and the general manager Duncan did for me. They pushed really hard to get all the necessary repairs done on my car, and are still pushing to get my car completely repaired so that my car is safe to drive. Also the kindness and gratitude they have towards customers is so wonderful and I would definitely recommend them both to anyone.
