When my son picked it up there was a new dent in the passenger door that was not there when he dropped it off originally. He was assured in writing that they would repair new dent and provide rental at their expense. Due to them being to busy, he was sent home with dented car. He was given no date for repair either. This is my 22 year old sons first new car and he is paying for everything himself so you understand how upset he is. I’m not real happy with this service either.
